We The Patriots USA, Inc. connected a medical student in Missouri with legal counsel (and paid a third of her legal fees) after the student was denied a religious exemption by her medical school, and was then told by the Missouri Commission on Human Rights (MCHR) that they would not take her case because she is Christian, and Christians are taking the vaccine. Just today (June 24, 2021), her counsel drafted a letter to the Missouri Attorney General and the MCHR, which explained why the MCHR’s actions were discriminatory and in violation of Missouri law and the U.S. Constitution. Within a half-hour of receiving a letter from counsel, the MCHR notified counsel that it was reversing course, and would now take jurisdiction over the student’s complaint. You can read the full text of the attorneys’ letter to the MCHR here.
